The beds were perfect. So was the location, because we needed to be in Balham.
Dislikes:
Our room was noisy because of heavy traffic. Even closed windows did not help very much. The bathroom needs to be renovated.

small parking area for about 4 cars were available, and the man at reception was very friendly and helpful
Dislikes:
room was very small, with a tiny bathroom and a large bay window. the noise from the traffic outside is really bad and as the road is very busy it is continuous through the night.

 The hotel was very helpful when I booked two car parking spaces. They also didn't have a twin room for two of my guests so gave them a double each as a gesture of goodwill! They contacted me beforehand to let me know this and were very accommodating. The communication of the hotel was very good.
Tea and coffee making facilities were well stocked and always nice to have in the rooms. White clean linen on beds was lovely. I was very happy with this hotel and would not hesitate to book again.
