Likes:
Fridge is a great idea. Hair dryer was powerful. This hotel has come a long way in the last 3 years. Will stay again if I need to.
Dislikes:
The heat, too warm, opening the windows is not an option if you don't like road noise (which is fine with the windows shut). Grouting in the en-suite could have done with a refresh & pipes boxed in.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good access to public transport. On the edge of a small but comprehensive shopping centre. Close to good restaurants. Close to the large open green space of Clapham Common.
Dislikes:
Outside lights too intrusive. Parking difficult. Breakfast rather basic. Noise of underground trains at times eccessive.

My business partner and I stayed 2 night whilst on business. We liked the independance of a key and non reception entrance as we are in and out via unsocial hours at times. Although we mostly drive it is also handily positioned for the Underground station and various supermarkets etc .
We liked the friendly but unobtrusive staff, the clean and good sized accomodation. Having 2 pillows was good as well. You would be surprised how many so called ''up market'' hotel chains provide only one pillo Read less

As mentioned above, the seperate entrance was good due to our unsocial hours. The small fridge was a great idea as we dont always want to eat in restaurants etc, plus you can keep a pint of milk etc.
Dislikes:
My only downside was it would have been preferable to have parking on the premises due to the fact that I have a slight dis ability in terms of mobility but that is of no great consequence. London is

Relatively close to my point of work. It was clean and functional and the room had all the basics required for my stay.
Dislikes:
The room had no ventilation. It was hot and stuffy at night. I could open the doors to the outside but this made it very noisy all bar a two hour period in the middle of the night.

It was noisy and, as it doesn't have AC, it was a bit problematic. Over the winter, however, it will be fine.

Cleanliness - sheets and bathroom were spotless. Curtains a bit dirty but this is London and hotel was on a main road. Guy on reception in the evening was very kind and helpful. Bed was v v comfy
Dislikes:
Only the noise. Again, I'm not from London and am not used to the noise of busy roads.
