We arrived late on Sunday eve, to be greated by a very polite chap. He advised on parking & shiwed us to oour room. Then suggested places to eat in the area. We were up & off to work eary the next morning fully rested from a good nights sleep. as our work picks up in London, I can see us being freauent stayers. Keep up the good work Read less

The staff were very proactive & helpfull. The room was clean & more than enough room for 2 adults. Very comfy bed & great for what we required.
Dislikes:
Nothing to dislike about this hotel. Quite a find to be honest. Pleased we didnt listen to some of the incorrect & misleading quotes from guests prior to our stay.

The hotel is on a main road with heavy traffic 24 hours a day. To make matters worse police cars race up and down with sirens blasting from mid evening until about 1 a.m. The double glazing does absolutely nothing to deaden the noise and there are no quiet rooms at the back. This is a pity because the hotel room was nice and big and was close to good transport links. Read less

It was in a good part of London for me, transport links are good and I had a nice big room. But if you can't sleep because of the noise, the rest is really irrelevant.
Dislikes:
I spoke to a receptionist who said they had a lot of complaints about the noise. If you are a heavy sleeper and do not go to bed before 1 a.m. this is the hotel for you. Otherwise,avoid

Dislikes:
I reported that room 3 has a loose black tile on the entrance to the shower that could cause a serious accident. I would recommend that you make it firm again.
