I liked that amenities such as tea/biscuits and good quality shower gel were provided within in the very reasonable price o the it room.f
Dislikes:
It is a bit noisy but I expect that is the case for most London hotels and I slept well so the noise wasn't bad enough to keep me awake.

Room was clean and spacious, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, location next to clapham south tube station was very convenient.
Dislikes:
Eating facilities; I would've liked the hotel to have had a buffet breakfast included in the stay, and also a restaurant for the evenings.

Secure car parking, clean and tidy room with all facilities needed.
Dislikes:
Noisy neighbours upstairs, but not hotel's fault. Some traffic noise, but not excessive.

The receptionist, Deena, was excellent, friendly and helpful.
We have paid a lot more elsewhere for a lot less.

Cleanliness, well-equipped room, good location, room was quiet despite the busy main road outside. Had a great shower. Great value for money.
Dislikes:
Only saw one member of staff and he didn't speak much but was quick to respond to requests for extra milk for e.g.

 The hotel was very helpful when I booked two car parking spaces. They also didn't have a twin room for two of my guests so gave them a double each as a gesture of goodwill! They contacted me beforehand to let me know this and were very accommodating. The communication of the hotel was very good.
Tea and coffee making facilities were well stocked and always nice to have in the rooms. White clean linen on beds was lovely. I was very happy with this hotel and would not hesitate to book again.
