Policies
Check In/Out:Rooms are normally available for new arrivals between 14:00 and 21:00.
Check out is 11:30.
Parking:
Free private parking is possible on site to cars, provided this has been reserved in advance.
Children and Extra Beds:
Children are welcome at The Gateway Hotel. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. There is a charge of 10GBP for each extra bed.
Cancellations:
If cancelled up to 24 hours before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.
Charges:
All our prices include VAT and service charge. There is no city or tourist tax applicable.
Pets:
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets at the Gateway Hotel.
